My decision to become a Real Estate Broker evolved from my days in the renovation business.  I founded and ran a renovation company for 8 years. Most of the work was hands on. I have a great understanding of how much a renovation can cost, what could be involved and have a list of all the trades I used and would be happy to recommend.
